RETURN & EXCHANGE

We gladly accept exchangeable, returnable or refundable unless due to manufacturing or shipping defect. Should you encounter item(s) with manufacturing or shipping defects, kindly contact us at marketing.codif@gmail.com within 24 hours from the date receipt.

Any notification done after 24 hours from the date receipt will not be entertained. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond to your request within 3 working days.

To ensure speedy return or exchange, please provide us with the following information in your email

  1. Your order number
  2. Name of the item you wish to return.
  3. Code of the item you wish to return
  4. Reason for Return / Exchange
  5. Date Received

Upon approval; Please return the item(s) in original packaging and good condition, together with the original sales receipt and/ or invoice in your return for a replacement. A replacement product (subject to availability) or product of the similar value will be shipped within a minimum of 7 working days upon receiving your defective item(s). The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.

REFUND METHOD

Refund will be in the form of credit to be given in a promo code back to your PHYTOMER online account. It will be processed within 5 working days from the day we receive your returned item. You may use the credit points within 3 months.

Terms and Conditions

  1. 1. All returns must be sent back to the above address with prior authorization email.
  2. 2. Returned item(s) must be in original packaging and good condition. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
  3. 3. PHYTOMER Malaysia is not responsible for items lost and cost of shipping if you choose to return the product via other shipping method.
  4. 4. PHYTOMER Malaysia reserves the right to replace the item subject to availability of stock.
  5. 5. PHYTOMER Malaysia reserves the right to decide the reshipping methods.

Unclaimed Packages

All unclaimed or refused shipments returned to us by the postal service are subject to any "return way" shipping costs plus the exact original shipping charges that was paid by us to send the parcel.

Schedule Delivery

Customers should note that orders can only be shipped between Monday to Friday. (Excluding public holidays).

Product ordered will be delivered to an address of your choice by PHYTOMER Malaysia shipping partners.

Express carrier will hold the goods at their branch office if they cannot successfully deliver your parcel, please ensure you have provided a valid shipping address. It will be the responsibility of the buyer if there are any additional charges incurred for re-delivery.

 

Delivery Process and lead time

  • Delivery will take up to 7-10 business days from date of purchase.
  • Orders placed after 3PM will be processed on the next working day.
  • Delivery is not available for addresses with P.O. Boxes.

We are currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you'd like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

  3. Cabin size or product used during treatment are strictly not for sale at any platform to public.

PHYTOMER Malaysia have not authorize any other e-commerce platform in Malaysia to sell PHYTOMER products. Therefore, PHYTOMER Malaysia is unable to ensure product genuineness, unable to take responsibility for product & related shopping experience, and unable to honour warranties or guarantees of the products bought from unauthorized stores & dealers.
